Believe - Merry Christmas Card from Happy Medium Christmas Kit

Hi Bev here again. I am using Happy Medium Christmas Kit from Creative Escape Papercrafting to create lots of cards to share with you. What a fabulous mix of colours, patterns and accents. It makes creating so much fun and so easy.

For this card I choose the journaling card and matted it and cut a green mat to match for the card base colour.

I

 

I then cut the print pieces to fit the base... some fun prints and stripes look great together.

I prepared the centre piece with foam to pop it and matted a die cut Sentiment. 

I decided to add another red ribbon to the bottom section.

Finally deciding on the finished design I glued together all the pieces and added the last red tied bow accent. It's amazing what you can do with just pieces of a kit.

For this card I am using lots of smaller pieces and strips that will cover the front background of this card.

I added a gold glitter border edge to the poinsettia border accent. I fussy cut the image from the journaling cards to make the main front centre pieces.

I foam popped it for depth and dimension.

I add a touch of ribbon on lower border and added 2 green brads on the upper corners.

This card started with the Sheep Ski Design digital image which I copic coloured and die cut using a Tutti nesting tag die. I then cut more sizes of the nesting die using papers from the kit. Lots of fun layers and super use of the silver glitter sheet. I tied them off using gold and silver ribbon from my stash.

Lots of layers in the background too for more colour and depth. I then added the washi tape border in gold and die cut the sentiment in gold glitter paper.

I added some white brads to the right side corners.

The card has fun and bright colours and lots of layers.. really easy but it looks great.

Christmas Card using Christmas Kit fully loaded from Creative Escape Papercrafting

Bev here today. This card uses lots of the fabulous cut apart pieces to make individual mated panels. I am still using the Christmas Kit fully loaded from Creative Escape Papercrafting. This kit had so many amazing choice options to mix and match to create lots of cards. Description

The Fully Loaded Christmas
Kit lives up to its name.  It starts with a set of 6 stamps with 4
matching dies.  There are 18 sheets of 6.5″ x 6.5″ specialty paper (some
of which are foiled).  It comes with a full 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of acetate and
0.5 oz of Lawn Fawn chunky glitter – a perfect combination for shaker
cards!  There’s also a bottle of Liquid Mercury Nuvo drops and a bunch of

So this card started by cutting apart and matting some of the great sections of these cut up panls.

I pulled lots of mix and match prints, mating paper  The blue and brown tones are so rich in colour.

Start by sizing the pieces to fix your card base.

I decided to use a Christmas stamp. 

Just using lots of layers... some matted arrange and glue your pieces all down.

I made a tied bow accent, the matted sentiment and a border.
